• project pricing and reccie
• study of packaging requirements
• precarriage of out of gauge cargo
• central grouping in our warehouse
• stuffing, lashing, securing and dunnaging of containers
• choice of maritime carrier, we can conclude on FIOS, hook/hook or Full Liner Terms basis
• in accordance with the InCo-Terms
• shipment will be evidenced by 1 single document (we prefer the safe FIATA B/L)
• inquiry on local situation so as to organize a smooth delivery at jobsite.

SHORT RESUME

The owner of TPL, Prof Robert J VERMETTEN, MA, since 1993 visiting professor in Total Logistic and Business Process Improvement in the Lessius University where he promoted.

In 2001 TPL(Transport & Project Logistics) was founded to service in particular the segment of project clients and to design supply chain plans.

For about 10 years he was in charge of the International Division of CAT BENELUX (Div of Renault) .
In this function he contributed to the development of the first SILS (Supply In Line Schedule) in Europe, started onwards the International Division in Benelux for project clients and fulfilled various operational and commercial management functions for Müller-Thomsen Group in Antwerp . He gained his first project experience as an expatriate in Libya, worked also in Frankfurt/m, Germany and in Venice, Italy in 1982.

RJ Vermetten founded the World Project Group (WPG) end 2004. WPG is and independent Group of project freight forwarders. We organize reliable transport solutions for turnkey projects in new global markets. We provide special handling, packing , logistic schemes and cross-trade in the field of Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Mining & Construction industries (EPC) worldwide.
